    Ms Bernadette King-Turner
“I am intrinsically aware of the personal responsibility of caring for and influencing each child entrusted to our care.”

I acknowledge that every second of the children’s early years’ care and education is the most valuable and important time of the children’s lives.
My commitment to the community of the United Arab Emirates families is to ensure that each Nursery baby and child receives the utmost respect, love and care that is possible to give.

It is our professional responsibility to be sure that the children receive love and dedication that will influence their later adult lives in the most positive ways.

It is also our professional responsibility to share our knowledge and information of decisive early childhood accountability and education with the children’s families; so they too can fully understand and
appreciate the importance of early years’ education.  Opening minds to realise that their children’s ‘todays’ will positively affect their children’s ‘tomorrows.’
    – so the beautiful Nation of the United Arab Emirates and other Nations will forever remain peaceful and filled with love, hope and inspiration.”

    Ms Bernadette Message:
“The human factor” – three little words many have heard me say probably dozens of times over – no matter what we do on this planet we must always consider the importance of the human factor and especially so with child care.
Always the minutest detail is taken into consideration from the microbiology cellular level to what we physically see and experience within each day – the baby and child is always our top priority and concern – in this beautiful profession our ‘personal egos’ must always take the ‘backstage!

"Life is a two-way street, we need each other as much as we need air to breath; Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs is one I learnt at high school, and later during my Nursing studies and still today it is one of the best guidelines to follow for assuring each child is cared for in the best possible way.
We care for the Nursery children entrusted in our care and also as many other children we can help to realise their life’s dreams and potentials, so they too can enjoy the treasures life has to offer."

The greater part of our destinies is of our own making – what we do, what we say but mostly what we think – these determine to a large extent who and what we are and the paths that life takes us along - essentially - we create 'our own luck'...

    In the child’s time
    Not yours and not mine
Our reasons for being are unknown
But our reality of being is everyday shown
Children are to be guided and never pressed
Their view of the world is for them to profess.
Our duty is to honour and guide
And the right way is to allow only good to preside.
We enjoy and respect each and every moment
Of all the wonders we witness within the child’s time.
